Richard Barroso ll

Mr. Barroso is the Director of Business Development at Crissair with overall responsibility for strategic sales planning and customer management. Mr. Barroso joined Crissair in October 2025 bringing considerable experience in business management, partnership development, and strategic analysis and planning.

Before joining Crissair, Mr. Barroso served in multiple business and marketing leadership roles at PTI Technologies, Inc., an ESCO Technologies subsidiary, championing business growth and market expansion through strategic initiatives, developing customer relationships, M&A analysis, and new product development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Finance from California Lutheran University and has over a decade of relevant experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
