Henry Mayanja

Mr. Mayanja is the Senior Director of Operations at Crissair, having joined the company in October 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama. Mr. Mayanja brings extensive experience in site operations, ERP systems, plant maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Before joining Crissair, Mr. Mayanja served as a Multi-Site Leader at Amazon, overseeing operations for the LAX5 Buena Park and XCA2 LTL City of Industry sites for five years. His professional background also includes four years at ITT Control Tech, where he held roles as an IT Business Relationship Manager and Focus Factory Manager.
