Eric Grupp
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Grupp is Vice President of Business Development for Crissair and is
responsible for the strategic growth of the company. Eric began his journey
with the company (Canyon Engineering Products at that time) as a Project/
Design Engineer in 2000. He designed, developed, and grew the company’s
portfolio of complex products over the ensuing 13 years, and led the Engineering
department from 2010-2013. His role as acting General Manager before and
during the acquisition/ merger process helped facilitate a smooth merger
between Canyon Engineering and Crissair. He has been leading the Business
Development department since 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge,
a Master of Science degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from
the University of Southern California, and a Master of Business Administration
degree from Washington State University. He is a licensed Professional
Engineer in the state of California, a certified Lean Six Sigma Green
Belt, and is an active member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers
(ASME) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
