Mark Hughes
Vice President, Finance and Administration/CFO
Mr. Hughes is the VP of Finance and Administration with responsibility
for Accounting and Finance, Contracts and Customer Service, and IT. He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Finance
from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine
University. Mr. Hughes has over 25 years of Operations and Finance and
Accounting experience working in Aerospace, Healthcare, Hardware and Home
Improvement and Commercial Printing industries. Prior to joining Crissair
in April 2018, he was the lead on multiple M&A projects and ERP system
implementations, integrations and system upgrades with ITT Control Technologies
and with PDC – A Brady Company, along with financial oversight and
support for operations in the US, Mexico, Germany, Belgium and China.
In addition, he holds certifications in Six Sigma Black belt, Lean Manufacturing,
SMED and negotiations.
